Alaika Smart Pets: Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Estimates We aim to get your smart pet tech to you as quickly as possible. Because our products are specialized, please note the following delivery window:

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Alaika Smart Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages and Lost Packages Alaika Smart Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
